Biography :

Equilibrado de piezas El equilibrado es una etapa esencial en las tareas de mantenimiento de maquinaria agricola, asi como en la produccion de ejes, volantes, rotores y armaduras de motores electricos. El desequilibrio genera vibraciones que aceleran el desgaste de los rodamientos, generan sobrecalentamiento e incluso pueden causar la rotura de los componentes. Con el fin de prevenir fallos mecanicos, resulta esencial identificar y corregir el desequilibrio de forma temprana utilizando metodos modernos de diagnostico. Metodos principales de equilibrado Existen varias tecnicas para corregir el desequilibrio, dependiendo del tipo de componente y la magnitud de las vibraciones: Equilibrado dinamico – Se utiliza en componentes rotativos (rotores, ejes) y se lleva a cabo mediante maquinas equilibradoras especializadas. El equilibrado estatico – Se usa en volantes, ruedas y otras piezas donde es suficiente compensar el peso en un unico plano. La correccion del desequilibrio – Se realiza mediante: Perforado (retirada de material en la zona de mayor peso), Instalacion de contrapesos (en ruedas y aros de volantes), Ajuste de masas de balanceo (como en el caso de los ciguenales). Diagnostico del desequilibrio: ?que equipos se utilizan? Para identificar con precision las vibraciones y el desequilibrio, se emplean: Equipos equilibradores – Miden el nivel de vibracion y determinan con exactitud los puntos de correccion. Analizadores de vibraciones – Registran el espectro de oscilaciones, detectando no solo el desequilibrio, sino tambien otros defectos (por ejemplo, el desgaste de rodamientos). Sistemas de medicion laser – Se usan para mediciones de alta precision en componentes criticos. Las velocidades criticas de rotacion requieren especial atencion – condiciones en las que la vibracion se incrementa de forma significativa debido a fenomenos de resonancia. Un equilibrado correcto previene danos en el equipo en estas condiciones de funcionamiento.

Website ini mengimplementasikan neumorphism style yang sedang tren di tahun 2020. saya mengikuti beberapa tutorial dalam membuat website ini seperti webprogramingunpas, dumetschool, buildwithangga, thewebshala, onlinetutorials dan codingnepal . Website ini dibangun untuk kebutuhan personal agar si pengguna memiliki website pribadi. website ini juga digunakan untuk personal branding. website ini menggunakan beberapa tools dalam pembuatannya seperti adobe XD untuk mendesain interface, adobe illustrator untuk mendesain logo, adobe photoshop untuk edit photo dan images, html dan css untuk membangun landing page, javascript untuk  memanipulasi DOM, adminkit dari bootstrap 5 sebagai template dashboard CMS nya, Codeigniter 4 sebagai teknologi back endnya agar dapat mengatur kontennya dengan CRUD, dan phpmyadmin sebagai database MySQL nya.

Description :

Pada saat proses desain aplikasi getwell, terlebih dahulu saya berdiskusi dengan stakeholder dalam menentukan beberapa list MVP yang dibutuhkan sebelum melakukan research produk, dimulai dari mempelajari business canvas model, model business (B2B), market yang dituju & visi-misi perusahaan. Selanjutnya  saya menggunakan metode design thinking untuk membantu memecahkan masalah dalam membangun interface pada aplikasi getwell dimulai dari emphatize (desk research dengan stakeholder & user research dengan responden yang potensial), Define (mendefinisikan permasalahan, solusi & goalsnya), Ideate (membuat user flow journey, flowchart & card sorting), Design (membuat wireframe, visual UI design & prototyping), Test (melakukan usability testing ke beberapa pengguna potensial untuk mendapatkan feedback)
